Ginette Brown, CCDP, CHRL, is a distinguished professional in Human Resources and Career Development, with over 15 years of leadership experience. She has a proven track record of implementing and enhancing HR functions, focusing on corporate culture, employee engagement, and best practices.

In her most recent HR role as Head of People and Values at Riverside Natural Foods, the company behind MadeGood granola snacks, Ginette successfully developed the HR framework for 450 employees across multiple sites. Her efforts were pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and boosting employee engagement.

In 2021, Ginette earned her Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP) designation after completing a comprehensive 12-month Post-Graduate Career Development Professional program at Conestoga College. Following this, she founded Just Got ReDirected Career Coaching, a venture dedicated to providing personalized 1:1 career coaching.

Most recently, Ginette launched The Career Fit Architect, an innovative consultancy focused on helping professionals and organizations align talent with business needs. Through strategic career alignment and workforce planning, The Career Fit Architect empowers individuals and businesses to build fulfilled and high-performing teams and provides solutions to enhance employee retention and engagement for organizations. As a compliment to this offering, The Career Fit Architect also provides outplacement services.

Ginette is on the Board of Directors for the Halton Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and community involvement. Ginette is also a Peer Forum Facilitator for the prestigious Strategic Capabilities Network.

With a passion for helping individuals connect to meaningful work, Ginette continues to make significant contributions to the fields of Human Resources and Career Development. Ginette resides in Halton Hills, Ontario with her husband and two daughters (14 and 12). In her spare time Ginette enjoys riding her horse, Gypsy, and country line dancing with her friends from high school.
